Talking to the homeless of Atlanta can be pretty bleak. After meeting Steve we were going to call it a day, but instead we met Antwon as we walked back to our cars. It’s hard enough to get someone to talk to you on Ponce, let alone someone who is a homeless that thinks you’re going to make fun of them.
Antwon was different. He wanted to know what we were doing with a video camera and why we were talking to the homeless. When he found out what we were doing he wouldn’t let us leave without talking to him. We didn’t mind.
