Christy Parry: A Broad Abroad (Switzerland)

Switzerland is beautiful and Interlaken was a really nice town. We stayed at a great hostel and rented bikes to get around. Unfortunately I spent most of the time fighting off a cold so I wasn’t on top of my game, but I’m finally better now. Interlaken is a great place to go if you’re into action/adventure type activities it turns out.

There are paragliders, skydivers, and bungee jumpers all over the place, and advertisements for canyoning, kayaking, hang-gliding everywhere you turn. We stuck to the bicycles. We rode to Lake Thun, which was picture perfect. Sailboats, families picnicking, and blue water surrounded by mountains. I’m actually pretty bummed that I only spent about four days in Switzerland. I know there is a lot more to see there, but I’m getting so crunched for time. Enjoy the pictures and the captions!

REI’s Martha Stewart Family Tent line didn’t do so well in the States, but it’s been a big hit in Switzerland.

Christy lurks in the bushes for photo opportunities.

Christoph took great offence to Fabian asking his girlfriend to ride a tandem bike through the woods with him. They decided to settle things they only way they knew how. Para-dogfight.

Christy’s obsession with Alice in Wonderland has her taking photos from the perspective of a six inch Alice.

More from tiny Christy.

With a view like that even masturbation feels like a threesome.

Switzerland’s space program is still in its “testing” stages.

All Swiss children are required to serve two years of lifeguard duty.

On set for the sequel to Wet Hot American Summer, Wet Hot European Summer. Paul Rudd is still funny with a Swiss-German accent.

Another boring picture of one of the most beautiful places on earth.

“So long, cruel world!”
